You may return or exchange within 5 days of receiving merchandise.
Glasses must be returned in original condition, unworn with hangtags attached. Items returned without hangtag or packaging will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.
Glasses that have been tampered with do not qualify for repair or refund.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their items.
Once we receive a return, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
